A PIYO CHALLENGE!


Are you excited for this week? I know I am!

Today, I have a major ANNOUNCEMENT: I am starting a PiYo challenge group!!!
The group starts Sept. 8.

Are you interested in starting your fitness journey? Have you tried other programs, but plateaued? Are you a runner and looking for a strength routine to complement your runs?  Whatever situation you're in, let me help you meet your goals! PiYo is an amazing strength workout using your own body weight to SCULPT your body.  I am on my last week of completing a PiYo Challenge and couldn't be happier!


So if you're ready to take a leap and do something FOR YOU that will UPLIFT you, then sign up to workout with me with this challenge!!!

I will also be creating FREE printables to help with clean eating and meal planning!  Nutrition is 70%  of meeting our fitness goals ... and the hardest part for me.  Is it for you as well?  Then let me help you stay accountable and on track!!!
