"Life rewards actions, not intentions."
When I crossed the finish line two days ago, a flood of memories from the journey it took to get me to that moment hit me. I took many steps in my journey, made many changes physically and mentally outside my comfort zone.
- I made goals.
- I joined a group/community and a coach to hold me accountable.
- I found an amazing strength conditioning program (PiYo)
- I drank Shakeology daily (Every. Single. Day)
- I decided to serve others by sharing my love of fitness and put myself out there to all of you (scary!)

And wouldn't you know it, I completed my goals and felt stronger and healthier than my last marathon.
